Situated in the heart of the complex, Roppongi Hills Arena is a multi-purpose entertainment space sheltered by a giant retractable roof. From live events, red-carpet events, food and drinks events, etc. to performances using the entire plaza, this space responds to the requirements of a variety of events with a versatile stage and an ambience that only an open-air venue can provide.

Basic usage hours 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. *Performances and work that produce sounds are limited to 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.

    • Basic usage hours include time for preparation and clean-up (except loading/unloading).
    • Regarding the event development, please confirm the process up to the event execution and the sales materials, and finalize the relevant matters with the facility representative in advance.
Regarding the basic usage fee
    • The fee includes basic lighting (border lights) and a basic sound system (see attachment for details).
Regarding overtime extension
    • The usage hours include time for preparation and clean-up.
    • An overtime extension fee will be incurred if the venue is used beyond the basic usage hours.

The process up to event execution
01 Content Review

We review the organizer and the event details.

02 Tentative Holds

While temporary holds on dates are accepted for any dates, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, they will be held for only one week at most. In some situations we may not be able to accept a request for a temporary hold.

03 Application

You will be considered to have decided to rent the venue and concluded a rental contract at the point in time at which you have filled out the required information on the designated Application for Use sent from us and have submitted it.

04 Deposit Payment

Please pay the deposit (50% of the venue usage fee) within 10 days following the contract date.

05 Balance Payment

Please pay the balance no later than 7 bank business days prior to the date of use.

※Pay the entire amounts of the above charges by bank transfer.
06 Meetings Prior To Use

(1)After concluding your rental contract, please meet with the venue representative to discuss matters such as time schedules, configuration of the venue, lighting, sound, and installation plans, security plans, etc.

(2)By 10 days prior to the date of use, please conclude final meetings, submit final documents such as installation blueprints, setup diagrams, and electrical plans, and submit notices to the relevant authorities.

08 Settlement of Various Expenses

Please pay various expenses such as charges for use of additional facilities, overtime extension fee, etc. within 2 weeks following their calculation on the final day of use, as stated on the settlement invoice. Note that the user is responsible for paying bank transfer fees.
